Appointments As
much of our work is carried out away from the office, e.g. controlling projects,
inspecting land, visiting local authorities, etc. we recommend you call us first
before visiting our offices. Appointments are necessary to ensure you are seen
by a principle member of staff. Viewing arrangements In order
to produce a short list of plots, in line with the specifications determined during
the initial consultation in our offices, a considerable amount of time and effort
is needed. It usually takes a minimum of one week for us to complete the procedure,
which involves a detailed inspection of dozens of potential plots within the limitations
of the budget, in order to eliminate those which are geographically/aesthetically
unsuitable. This is followed by a preliminary check of the legal and planning
status of each of those which remain with the local and regional authorities.
Please therefore plan to allow at least a week after the initial meeting, (longer
if possible) to arrange a viewing day. Technical Office:
